National Bank of Pakistan (NBP) invites applications for the position of MIS & Analytics - Executive (AVP) to be based in the President's Secretariat, Karachi. The role requires candidates with strong MIS, data analysis and business intelligence experience to develop and maintain a centralized MIS framework, produce management reports and design executive presentations and dashboards.

Location	President's Secretariat, Karachi
Educational / Professional Qualification	Minimum graduation or equivalent from a local or international university/college/institute recognized by the HEC of Pakistan. Candidates with a Master's degree or other relevant professional qualification will be given preference.
Experience	Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in MIS, management reporting, data analysis, business intelligence or related functions. Experience in banking/financial institutions or large corporate environments is an advantage.
Key Skills & Tools	Advanced MS Excel (PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS), data cleaning and report formatting PowerPoint for executive-level presentations and visualization Power BI or equivalent business intelligence tools Data visualization and dashboard development; MIS/reporting systems and data management Knowledge of SQL, VBA, Python or other reporting/automation tools is an advantage
Main Responsibilities	Develop, maintain and oversee a centralized MIS framework for the President Secretariat Consolidate data and prepare periodic/on-demand MIS reports, executive summaries and dashboards Analyze financial, business and operational data to identify trends, gaps and emerging issues Convert data into actionable insights and prepare high-quality executive presentations
Employment Type	Contractual basis for three years (may be renewed at Management's discretion). Selected candidates will be offered compensation and benefits as per Bank policy.
Selection Process	Only shortlisted candidates strictly meeting eligibility criteria will be invited for panel interview(s). No TA/DA will be admissible for interview.
