| Key Skills & Expertise | Knowledge of vehicle repair and maintenance; strong negotiation and communication; documentation and record-keeping; ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines; proficiency in MS Office |
| Main Duties | Support monitoring and maintenance of Bank vehicles across regions; coordinate with regional offices and vendors; ensure maintenance activities are recorded in Fleet Management System; prepare and maintain MIS of maintenance and fuel expenses; process fuel card and maintenance related transactions and claims; assist in procurement coordination and reporting |
