Pakistan Reinsurance Company Limited (PRCL) invites applications for the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) based in Karachi. The appointment is on a contract basis and offers a competitive compensation package aligned with market standards.

Qualification: A graduate degree (16 years) in Business Administration, Public Administration, Finance, Commerce, Marketing or equivalent from an HEC-recognized institution (or an equivalent foreign qualification recognized by HEC); or membership of a recognized body of professional accountants; or professional insurance/actuarial qualifications such as ACII/FCII, Associate/Fellow of Institute of Actuaries (UK) or Society of Actuaries (US) as recognized by the Pakistan Society of Actuaries; or a master's in Insurance, Risk Management or Actuarial Sciences from an HEC-recognized university. Experience: At least ten (10) years of demonstrable experience in governance, business administration, finance, commerce, marketing or other relevant fields; and out of the required 10 years at least five (5) years must be as a Key Officer, Director, Chief Executive, Principal Officer in the insurance industry or as an officer with the Insurance Regulator in accordance with Insurance Companies (Sound and Prudent Management) Regulations, 2012. Experience in senior management roles in organizations with commercial attributes is required. |
