Bids must be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk). Bidding will follow Single Stage – Two Envelopes procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (Amended). Bid security of at least 5% of the estimated procurement cost must be submitted electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement System. No physical financial instruments (CDR/PO/Bank Guarantee) will be accepted.
