Aga Khan Agency for Habitat Pakistan (AKAHP) invites sealed bids for the Green Retrofitting of the Basic Health Unit, Zondragram Terich, Upper Chitral under the EU-funded "Energy Plus - Green Retrofitting of Public Buildings (Schools & Hospitals) in Upper & Lower Chitral" project. Eligible bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities, on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) where applicable, and hold PEC registration (Updated Category C-5 or above). Bidding will follow the Single Stage–Two Envelope procedure; bidders must quote for all BOQ items (partial bids will be rejected).
