The District & Sessions Judge, Layyah (Chairman District Development Committee) invites e-bids from registered firms/contractors and general order suppliers for the purchase and installation of 08 kW hybrid (off‑grid) solar systems with all accessories for the current financial year.

Submission & opening: Bids must be submitted electronically via the Punjab e‑Procurement System. E‑Bid submission deadline: 2026-11-12 at 11:00 AM. E‑Bid opening: 2026-11-12 at 11:30 AM (public opening in presence of bidders or authorized representatives).

Procedure & guarantees: Single Stage Two Envelopes bidding procedure shall be followed. The bidder shall submit bid security equal to 5% of the estimated price via a payment slip (PSID) in favor of the District & Sessions Judge, Layyah. The successful bidder shall deposit 10% of the contract amount as a Performance Guarantee. Financial instruments for bid security and performance guarantee will not be accepted in cash. Bids shall remain valid until 2027-01-31.

Other conditions: Procurement will be done using electronic means through the Punjab e‑Procurement System under the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 and relevant PPRA regulations. Income/taxes will be deducted as per government rules. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all proposals in accordance with applicable rules.
