National Bank of Pakistan invites applications for the position of Branch Manager (AVP) in Aitemaad Islamic Banking. The role reports to the Regional Head and requires banking experience, supervisory ability and knowledge of Islamic banking and regulatory/compliance matters.

| Educational / Professional Qualification | Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or international university/college recognized by the HEC. Candidates having Commerce Graduation / Islamic Banking certification / degree or diploma will be preferred. |
| Experience | Minimum 06 years' experience in branch banking, of which at least 03 years as Branch Manager; preferably in Islamic Banking. |
| Key Skills & Knowledge | Sound knowledge of branch banking operations and Islamic banking products; compliance with AML/CFT and SBP Prudential Regulations; branch leadership, customer service, sales/targets, marketing of deposits and retail banking products; cross-selling of asset and liability products; fraud prevention; branch audit and Shariah compliance. |
| Primary Duties & Responsibilities | Execute and deliver branch annual business plan/targets; manage overall branch affairs including marketing, customer acquisition (existing-to-bank (ETB) and new-to-bank (NTB)), retail product sales, branch operations, risk management, customer complaint resolution, staff training and development, maintenance of branch records and documentation, and ensuring adherence to TATs and regulatory/Shariah requirements. |

| Employment Type | Contractual basis for three years, which may be renewed at the discretion of Management. Selected candidates will be offered a compensation package and other benefits as per Bank's policy/rules. |
