The Ministry of National Health Services, Regulations & Coordination (National Action Plan on Population), Government of Pakistan invites sealed bids/proposals from reputable, experienced and financially sound media/advertising agencies for planning, designing, production and dissemination of a comprehensive Population Awareness Campaign for FY 2026-27.

| Eligibility / Requirements | Agencies must be reputable, experienced, financially sound; registered with FBR (NTN) and GST as applicable; Active Taxpayer; registered on PPRA/EPADS as required; relevant experience in public/media awareness campaigns (preferably Population & Health sector); capacity to provide professional, creative and technical services and to fulfill all tender/procurement requirements. |
| Procurement Method | Procurement through e-Procurement (EPADS V-2) in accordance with Public Procurement Rules and applicable PPRA regulations. Interested bidders to submit electronic bids/proposals via EPADS V-2 within the prescribed deadline. Hard-copy submissions shall not be entertained. |
