- Bidding procedure: Single Stage Two Envelope Method as per PPRA Rule 38(2)(a). Each bidder shall submit one Technical Bid and one Financial Bid in separate sealed envelopes; both envelopes to be placed inside a third sealed envelope.

- E-Bid submission closing date & time: 2026-11-26 till 12:30 P.M. E-Bid opening date & time: 2026-11-26 at 01:00 P.M. (Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives).

- Bid security: Firms/companies must deposit 05% CDR (refundable) of the estimated cost in favor of "District & Sessions Judge, Sargodha" before the closing date/time. The said CDR will be returned to unsuccessful bidders after tender evaluation.

- Performance guarantee: Successful bidder to submit 10% performance guarantee at time of issuance of Supply Order/Purchase Order; it will be returned after completion/inspection of supplied stationery, printing items and other goods.
