Research & Development and Training Centre of Gujranwala Chamber of Commerce and Industry (GCCI) invites sealed bids via EPADS for procurement of a server, reference standards/materials and a library system (books and journals). Bids will be processed under a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure.

Key conditions:
- Tender document fee: PKR 5,000 per lot (non-refundable). Obtain on written request on working days (Mon–Fri) 9:00 am–5:00 pm.
- Payment method: Pay Order/Demand Draft in favor of "Made in Gujranwala Expo 2019". Account IBAN: PK74NBPA1498004166019425, National Bank of Pakistan, Satellite Town Branch Gujranwala.
- Bid security: 2% of quoted bid amount as Demand Draft/Pay Order in favor of "Made in Gujranwala Expo 2019".
- Bidders may apply for all lots or any single lot. Bid amount must be inclusive of all applicable government taxes.
- Bidding organizations must be registered with FBR for Income, PRA and Sales Tax.
- Technical proposals will be opened on 2026-11-11 at the time specified in the tender document on EPADS. Financial bids of technically qualified bidders will be opened later.
- All submissions must be made through EPADS. The competent authority reserves the right to reject any/all bids under PPRA Rules.
