Advertisement details

Office of the District & Sessions Judge, Gujranwala invites e-bids from well-reputed and financially sound firms registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax, Professional Tax, PRA and Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for supply and installation of hybrid (off-grid) solar systems under Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.

Bid submission is electronic via the Punjab E-Procurement System. Bids shall be submitted by 2026-11-09. Electronic bids will be received on the portal by 09-11-2026 at 10:30 AM and opened on the same day at 12:30 PM. Tender documents and bidding procedures are available on PPRA and Punjab e-procurement websites.

Key requirements and conditions:

Firms must be registered for FY 2026-2027 with PEC in relevant category (C3 & above) and relevant code CE-01 where applicable.
Bid security of 5% of the estimated amount must be deposited (refundable) and uploaded through the e-bid system. The successful bidder shall furnish a performance guarantee equivalent to 10% of the contract value in shape of CDR/Pay Order which will be refundable upon successful completion.
Rates should be inclusive of GST/PST and valid until 2027-06-30 as prescribed by Government.
Minimum one-year warranty including free replacement, service and maintenance during the warranty period.
PST, Professional Tax, Income Tax and Sales Tax registration certificates must be attached with the e-bid.
Selected firm/supplier will be bound to provide/install the items within 120 days after issuance of supply order/work order.
The Procuring Authority reserves the right to enhance quantities or reject any/all bids as per PPRA rules.
