Bidders are advised to upload bids well before the deadline; late, incomplete, unsigned, or otherwise non-conforming submissions, or submissions by modes other than the e-Procurement System, will not be accepted. In case the deadline is declared a public holiday, proposals will be opened on the next working day at the same time.
