Issuer: University of Health Sciences (UHS), Lahore. Tender No: UHS/PUR/FW/26-27/376. The University invites bids under the FRAMEWORK CONTRACT for procurement of miscellaneous items, original toners, stationery, electric items, printing material and paper reams for the Examination Department.
Procurement procedure: Single-stage, two-envelope bidding (separate technical and financial proposals) through the Punjab E-Procurement System (PEPs) in accordance with PPRA Punjab rules. Bids must include 2% refundable bid security (earnest money) as required by PPRA Rule 27, submitted online to the account of the Treasurer, University of Health Sciences, Lahore. Submission and opening: Bids must be submitted via PEPs by 03:00 PM on 2026-11-13. Bids will be opened at 03:30 PM on the same day by the Tender Committee in the presence of participating firms' representatives.

The Procuring Agency reserves the right to reject/disqualify suppliers under applicable PPRA rules if information submitted is false, incomplete or incorrect. Bidding documents will also be available on UHS (www.uhs.edu.pk) and PPRA/PEPs portals; responses and timelines will be calculated from the date of publication on the PPRA/PEPs website.
