Livestock & Dairy Development Department (L&DD), Punjab invites e-bids for procurement and supply of Portable Veterinary Ultrasound (with compatible thermal printer), Mastitis Detector 4Q and Metal Detector with Camera for the ADP Scheme “CM Punjab: Provision of Mobile Veterinary Dispensaries” (ADP No.2590) for the year 2026-27.

Bidding will follow a single-stage two-envelope procedure in accordance with Rule 38(2) of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (amended). Bidders may quote for one or more items; contracts will be awarded item-wise to the lowest evaluated responsive bidder. Complete bidding documents, terms, conditions, technical and financial proposal formats are available on the Punjab e-Procurement System and department websites: https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk, https://www.eproc.punjab.gov.pk, https://www.livestock.punjab.gov.pk and https://www.ldd.punjab.gov.pk.
Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated price must be deposited as a Pay Order/CDR in favor of Director Livestock & Dairy Development Punjab. The original PSID (Payment Slip ID) generated through the e-Procurement System and a scanned copy of the deposit must be uploaded with the bid on the e-Procurement System before the deadline.
Last date for uploading/submission of e-bids: 2026-11-10 at 02:00 PM. Technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 02:30 PM on the e-Procurement System in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Late or physically submitted bids will not be entertained.
