Government College University Lahore (GC University, Lahore) invites e-bids for pre-qualification for the supply of a Field Emission Electron Microscope with accessories (FE-SEM).

Eligibility and submission requirements: Firms/companies/general order suppliers/manufacturers must be registered with relevant authorities and tax departments (Income Tax, Sales Tax, Punjab Sales Tax), hold a Professional Tax certificate for FY 2026-2027 from the Excise & Taxation Department, and be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP).
How to apply: Complete e-bids must be submitted online via the Punjab e-Procurement System at https://ep.Punjab.gov.pk. The pre-qualification documents (PQD) can be downloaded from the PPRA website or from the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bidders are advised to upload bids well before the deadline; submission on the eP portal is the bidder's responsibility.
Procurement will be governed by the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (amended). GC University Lahore may reject any or all bids under Rule 35 of PPRA Rules. Reference: ADV-27/2026/GCUL; End. 1864; IPL-11315.
