Higher qualification preferred. | 15–17 years relevant experience including 10 years of university experience in HR recruitment and management; experience in public sector universities/organizations and medical university/academic institution setups preferred; experience in formulation/implementation of HR policies; well versed with Government Rules & Regulations (HEC/PM&DC/PNC); strong verbal and written communication skills. |
| 2 | Managing Editor | Ph.D. / M.Phil., preferably in Community Medicine, with MBBS; degrees from HEC-recognized institutions. Higher qualification preferred. | 10–15 years relevant experience including 5–7 years in academic management; experience as Managing Editor of a peer-reviewed multidisciplinary journal preferred; minimum 10–15 publications in peer-reviewed national & international journals; experience as a reviewer for journals and research grant applications. |
| 3 | Assistant Director (Administration) | LLB / Masters or equivalent, preferably in Management / Administration from HEC-recognized institution. Higher qualification preferred. Must be computer savvy. | Minimum 7 years post-qualification relevant experience including 5 years in general administration, management, transportation, store & office administration in reputed public/private sector organizations; university/academic administration experience preferred; conversant with government rules & regulations including PPRA; strong verbal and written communication skills. |
| 4 | Audit Officer | Master’s / Bachelor or equivalent in Accounting, Finance or Commerce from HEC-recognized university. Higher qualification preferred. | 4–5 years relevant experience including 2–3 years in audit & taxation, financial management and inspections in public/private sector, national and international. |
