How to obtain documents: Tender documents are available during working hours Monday to Friday from the issuing office upon submission of the tender document fee (pay order/demand draft) in favor of the Security Deposit / Earnest Money title. Issuance of tender documents closes one day prior to opening date. Tender will not be issued by post/courier/telegraphic contact.
Submission requirements and conditions: Validity of offers must be a minimum of 90 days. Manufacturers must quote directly (no dealers). Two copies of the BOQ to be submitted (one original and one photocopy), both sealed, pre-signed and stamped. Rates must be written in figures and in words; in case of conflict the words prevail. The tender evaluation committee may request analysis of quoted rates. Incomplete bids may be treated as non-responsive. Tender notice is also available at www.ppra.org.pk.
