The Private Power & Infrastructure Board (PPIB), Ministry of Energy (Power Division), invites pre-qualification applications from international and national consulting firms/consultants for Expression of Interest (EOI) — Third-Party Validation (TPV) services for non-solar works of 100 MW distributed photovoltaic (PV) solar power plants in Gilgit Baltistan (Ref: P172878). Only pre-qualified applicants will be invited to participate in the subsequent Request for Proposals (RFP) process.
