GDA Tender: Up-gradation of Water Box Boundary Wall at Central Herbio Park, Gwadar — Bids Due 2026-11-16

Gwadar Development Authority (Office of the Executive Engineer B&M) invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for the up-gradation of the water box boundary wall at Central Herbio Park, Gwadar for the year 2026. All bidders must be registered on the Electronic Public Procurement System of BPPRA; only electronic bids will be accepted.

Eligibility & Qualification:

• Presence on Active Tax Payer List.
• Firm must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan.
• Registration with Balochistan Revenue Authority required.
• Completion of at least 2 assignments of similar nature.
• Minimum turnover PKR 3,538,089 in recent years demonstrating financial capacity.
• Registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) C-6 and above (up to PKR 25 million) in relevant category; specialized code CE10(i) (General Buildings and Maintenance).

Procedure & Bid Security: Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure under Balochistan Public Procurement Rules–2014. Bids must be accompanied by bid security of 2% in the form of a bank guarantee or deposit at call in favor of the undersigned from a scheduled bank.

Tender Documents & Fees: Tender documents are available on the Gwadar Development Authority and BPPRA websites and from the undersigned office. Tender fee/ bidding document charges PKR 1,000 payable to GDA Accumulated Collection / Fund account 3002-0081-0083-6601 through Bank Al-Habib Ltd., Gwadar Branch.

Issuance Period: From publication of the NIT until 2026-11-16 during office hours on working days.

Last Date & Submission Time: Tenders must be submitted by 2026-11-16 by 11:00 AM.

Opening: All tenders will be opened the same day at 12:00 PM at the Office of the Executive Engineer (B&M), Gwadar Development Authority.
