Issuer: Government of the Punjab, Emergency Service Department (Procurement Section, PPS Wing). Purpose: e-Bids invited for the procurement of printing articles from printing firms/companies registered with the relevant tax authorities in Pakistan.
Submission and bidding: Bids must be submitted electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement System portal. Submission deadline: 2026-11-19 by 10:00 AM; bids will be opened electronically on the same date at 10:30 AM. Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated procurement value must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Acceptable financial instruments for performance (where required) include Call Deposit Receipt (CDR), Pay Order (PO) or Bank Guarantee. Single-stage two-envelope procedure will be followed under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
