Issuer: Directorate of Livestock, Dairy Development & Poultry Production, Government of Gilgit‑Baltistan. Purpose: Supply of Registered Pedigree Certified Jersey cattle including selection, pre‑export testing and quarantine, export documentation and shipment, import clearance and quarantine in Pakistan, transport to Livestock Farm Konodas (Gilgit) and post‑arrival isolation and acclimatization support.
Bidding procedure: Single Stage – Two Envelope under Gilgit‑Baltistan Public Procurement Rules, 2022. Bidders may bid for Lot 1, Lot 2 or both. Tender documents are available from the GBPPRA website (https://gbppra.gov.pk) or from the office. Tender fee: PKR 14,000 (to be deposited in GB Consolidated Fund under Head C‑03518). Each bid must be accompanied by a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) as bid security in favor of the Director, Livestock, Dairy Development & Poultry Production, Gilgit‑Baltistan.
Submission & opening: Original Bid together with two (2) copies of the Technical Proposal must be delivered not later than 10:00 hours (PST) on 16 November 2026. Technical proposals will be opened in public at 10:30 hours (PST) on 16 November 2026 at the Directorate of Livestock, Hospital Road, Gilgit. Late bids will be returned unopened.
