Infrastructure Development Authority of the Punjab (IDAP) invites pre-qualification (PQ) proposals from eligible contractors for the establishment of the Punjab Appliance Performance & Energy Excellence (APEX) Lab in Lahore. The scope includes construction and infrastructure development covering civil, architectural, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, fire-fighting and external development works with supply of necessary materials, labor, formwork, tools and machinery.
