Bank of Punjab invites applications for the post of Unit Head – Credit Card Reconciliation in the Credit Cards & Digital Banking Operations Division (Operations Group). The role is based in Lahore and reports to senior operations management.

| Key Responsibilities | Lead daily/weekly/monthly reconciliation of credit card and merchant settlements (MDR, interchange, processor statements, general ledger); oversee issuing and acquiring reconciliation; manage relationships with schemes (Visa, MasterCard, UPI), settlement banks and third-party processors; monitor transactions to detect misuse, system errors or unauthorized charges; identify systemic processing flaws with vendors/IT/core banking; drive automation and reconciliation software adoption; prepare management reports on aging breaks, open risks and financial impacts. |
