Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) invites applications for the position of Head Coach for the Pakistan Women’s National Cricket Team to provide professional coaching services, team planning/strategies, tournament preparation/evaluation, performance enhancement and development of individual and team skills to meet international standards.

| Minimum Experience | At least 10 years coaching elite national/domestic level cricket teams with proven record of enhancing performance and experience coaching athletes to international standards. |
| Required Skills & Competencies | Planning, organizing and execution; team and individual skills enhancement strategies; monitoring and evaluation systems; ability to set KPTs for players and coaches; leadership and management; persuasion with integrity and professionalism; strong written and oral communication; analytical and problem-solving skills; computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite). |
