Tender: Off‑grid Hybrid Solarization for District & Sub‑Division Bar Rooms — Sheikhupura

Issuer: District & Sessions Judge, Sheikhupura (Signed: Abid Hussain)

Purpose: Invitation to bid for installation of off‑grid hybrid solar systems for court bar rooms in Sheikhupura district and Ferozewala sub‑division.

Eligibility & requirements: Contractors/firms must be well reputed, financially sound and have previous experience in the specific field. Registration with Income Tax, Sales Tax, Professional Tax, PRA and Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for 2026‑2027 in the relevant category (where applicable) is required.

Bid security: 5% of the estimated cost for each lot (amounts shown above). Bid security must be submitted online through the Punjab E‑Procurement System by generating a Payment Slip ID (PSID); hard copy bid security will not be accepted. The successful bidder will be required to submit a performance guarantee of 10% within 15 days of signing the contract.

Procedure & documents: Bids shall be submitted under the Single Stage — Two Envelope Procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. Rates must include all applicable taxes (GST/PST/Income Tax etc.).

Submission & opening: Bids must be submitted electronically on the Punjab E‑Procurement System. Closing (submission) deadline: 2026‑11‑16 at 10:00 AM. Bids will be opened on 2026‑11‑16 at 11:00 AM in the office of the District & Sessions Judge, Sheikhupura (if a public holiday, the next working day).
