Municipal Committee Pakpattan Invites E‑Bids for Park, Green Belt and Café Works

Municipal Committee Pakpattan invites e-bids from contractors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council for the year 2026-27 and with relevant tax authorities (Income Tax, Sales Tax & Punjab Sales Tax) for the works listed below. Bids must be submitted via the Punjab E-Procurement Portal and accompanied by the required bid security in CDR form in favor of "Municipal Committee Pakpattan."

Notes and key instructions:

- All e-bids must be accompanied by the stated bid security in CDR form payable to "Municipal Committee Pakpattan." Late bids will be rejected.

- For Sr. No. 1 the procedure is single stage with a two-envelope submission.

- If the lowest quoted rate is more than 5% below the estimated cost, the lowest bidder will be required to deposit additional performance security as per government policy.

- Submission of fake information or documents (including CDRs) will lead to disqualification, blacklisting and further action including notification to PPRA and PEC.
