Public Notice — Special Revision and Verification of Record of Rights for Deh Mitni, Kharo Chhan (Sujawal)

Issuer: Office of the Assistant Commissioner, Taluka Kharo Chhan, District Sujawal.

Purpose: Pursuant to the Board of Revenue Sindh decision (special revision/correction and verification) dated 28 February 2025, a special campaign has been initiated to correct, verify and digitize the Record of Rights (land records) of Deh Mitni, Taluka Kharo Chhan. The objective is to ensure accuracy, maintain integrity and complete digitization of land records under Section 40 of the Sindh Land Revenue Act, 1967.

Action and verification: Verified and corrected records will be duly attested by the concerned Mukhtiarkar and the First Grade Assistant Collector in accordance with Section 42 subsections (11), (12) and (13) of the Sindh Land Revenue Act, 1967. The notice publishes the registered khatedars for Deh Mitni with corresponding shares, survey numbers, land/acreage, entry numbers and entry dates (records include entries dated 1995–1996).

Objections: Any person having an objection of any kind regarding the property, survey number, land, etc., may submit their objection at the office of the Assistant Commissioner Kharo Chhan within 15 days of this notice; otherwise the above-mentioned record will be re-written in the name of the concerned khatedar.
