Tender: Sealed Bids for Economy-Class E‑Tickets — Pakistan Railway Academy, Walton Lahore (PTAP)

Pakistan Railway Academy, Walton, Lahore invites sealed bids from IATA-approved agents, PIA and other airlines for provision of economy-class e-tickets/ PTAs for foreign participants of the 122nd Advanced Railway Course under the Pakistan Technical Assistance Programme (PTAP), Economic Affairs Division, Government of Pakistan.

Travel windows for required e-tickets are:

Arrival: from 2026-11-21 to 2026-11-22

Departure: from 2027-01-09 to 2027-01-10

Tender submission and opening:

Bids must be submitted by 2026-11-13 at 10:50 AM; bids will be opened the same day at 11:00 AM.

Tender forms and terms & conditions can be obtained from the office of Assistant Director/Admin, P.R. Academy, Walton, Lahore upon payment of Rs.1,000/- (non-refundable).

Eligibility and terms:

- Applicants must have an office in Lahore or Islamabad.
- Applicants must be Tax Number/NTN holders.
