EOI: Provision of Legal, Financial & Litigation Services — Closed Framework Agreement (BPPPA, Quetta)

The Director Procurement, BPPPA invites an Expression of Interest (EOI) for provision of financial, legal and litigation services on a closed framework agreement without rates. Only electronic bids will be accepted via the Electronic Public Procurement System (EPPS); no physical bids are required.

Procurements will follow the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules - 2014. Eligibility requirements include: submission of 3 assignments of similar nature and complexity, presence on the Active Tax Payer List, and the bidding firm must not be currently blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan. Shortlisting will be made per the eligibility and technical criteria in the EOI document.
