Tender: Solarised Water Supply Schemes & Tunnel Farm Works — Executive Engineer, Urban Planning & Dev, Quetta Division

Issuer: Executive Engineer, Urban Planning & Development Department, Quetta Division invites electronic bids for construction/installation works under Composite Schedule of Rates 2026, Government of Balochistan.

Procurement Method: Single Stage – Two Envelope procedure as per Balochistan Public Procurement Regulatory Authority Rules 2014 (amended).

Eligibility & Requirements: Firms/contractors must have valid up-to-date registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in Category C-4 or above with relevant specialized code; registration with Balochistan Revenue Authority; presence on FBR Active Taxpayer List (ATL); turnover for the last three years; and completion of at least two similar assignments.

Bid Security: 3% of bid in the form of Call Deposit or Bank Guarantee in the name of the undersigned.

Issuance & Submission: Bidding documents are available on the BPPRA website (www.bppra.org.pk). Tender processing fee of PKR 3,500 per tender to be deposited in government treasury under head of account C-03870 through Green Challan at National Bank of Pakistan (NBP). Bid Validity: Ninety (90) days.
