Tender: Rehabilitation / Improvement of Road Kotli Khokhran to Randheer Bagrain — District Sialkot

Issuer: Chief Officer, District Council Sialkot.

Purpose: Electronic bids are invited from eligible contractors/firms through the Punjab e-Procurement System for the rehabilitation/improvement of the road from Village Kotli Khokhran towards Randheer Bagrain (length taken ≈ 2 km) in District Sialkot.

Submission method and key dates: Bids must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Last date and time for submission: 2021-11-18 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened electronically on the same day at 02:00 PM in the office of the District Council Sialkot in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.

Bid security and guarantees: A Bid Security of 5% of the estimated cost must be submitted only through a Digital Bank Guarantee (e-) using the PSID generated from the Punjab e-Procurement System. The successful bidder shall furnish a Performance Security of 5% of the Contract Price in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules.

Conditions and procurement rules: Only electronic bids submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System will be accepted. The Procuring Agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (as amended). The Procuring Agency may verify credentials, registrations, experience, and any documents submitted by bidders at any stage.
