Sukkur IBA University Tender for Sun Shade Installation at IBA Public School Larkana

Sukkur IBA University invites electronic bids for the installation of sun shades in the assembly area and along the gates at IBA Public School Larkana under Tender Proc/EPADS/0119. Bidding will be conducted on a Composite Schedule of Rates (CSR)/item-rate basis through EPADS using the single-stage, two-envelope procedure. Manual bids will not be considered.

Tender schedule: Bidding documents may be obtained through EPADS from October 29, 2026, to November 19, 2026. Bids must be submitted electronically by 3:00 PM on November 19, 2026. Bid opening will take place through EPADS at 3:30 PM on the same day.

Eligibility: Firms must hold a valid Pakistan Engineering Council licence in category C-6 or above with specialized codes CE-10(i) and ME-06(i). Bidders must have valid Income Tax and applicable Sales Tax registrations, active taxpayer status, and Sindh Revenue Board registration where applicable. Average annual turnover for the last five years, supported by FBR tax returns, must be at least equal to the estimated cost of the work.

Bidders must submit an affidavit on non-judicial stamp paper declaring freedom from litigation history, blacklisting, and involvement in corrupt, fraudulent or collusive practices. The affidavit must also confirm that all submitted information and documents are true and correct. Bidders must not have previously forfeited a CDR or bid security with Sukkur IBA University.

Bid conditions: Bids must remain valid for 90 days. Conditional bids, bids without the required bid security, and bids from blacklisted firms will be rejected. Bid security must be issued in favour of Sukkur IBA University in the form of a pay order, deposit at call, demand draft or bank guarantee. Bidders should submit their best and final price; negotiations are not permitted.

The university reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids before acceptance in accordance with SPP Rules 2010, as amended.
