Begum Nusrat Bhutto Women University Sukkur Tender for Transport Rental Services

Begum Nusrat Bhutto Women University, Sukkur invites sealed bids from eligible transport service providers for hiring transport services under tender reference NIT/BNB-WU-SKR/2026-27. Bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and Sindh Revenue Board (SRB).

The procurement will follow the Single Stage–One Envelope procedure. Bids will be opened on 16 November 2026 at 12:00 noon in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.

Bidders must have at least 10 years of experience providing buses or coasters to universities or government/private educational institutions. They must also have completed at least three similar projects during the preceding three years.

Tender documents may be obtained from the Director Finance office or downloaded from www.bnbwu.edu.pk and portalsindh.eprocure.gov.pk. The non-refundable tender fee must be paid through a pay order in favour of Begum Nusrat Bhutto Women University, Sukkur. Downloaded documents must be accompanied by the applicable fee when submitted.

Submit sealed bids with the required bid security by the closing time. Late bids will not be accepted. If a public holiday falls on the scheduled date, submission and opening will take place on the next working day at the same times.
