Highway Division Rajanpur E-Tender for Kotla Naseer–Kot Mithan Road Repairs

Highway Division Rajanpur invites electronic tenders from engineering firms and contractors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category and codes and with the Punjab PPRA e-Procurement System.

The project covers special repair and improvement of the metalled road from Kotla Naseer Chowk to Kot Mithan via Hafizabad, covering 9.40 kilometres in Tehsil and District Rajanpur. The estimated cost is Rs. 12.931 million, the earnest money is Rs. 646,550, and the completion period is three months.

Bidding documents are available through the Punjab PPRA e-Procurement portal at https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk. The tender fee is Rs. 10,000, payable through e-Pay Punjab. Contractors must submit bids electronically and provide the required bid security and performance guarantee documents to the office of the Executive Engineer, Highway Division Rajanpur.

The submission deadline is 18 November 2026 at 1:30 PM. Rates must include applicable taxes. Conditional bids will not be accepted, and no price variation is admissible under the project.
