District & Sessions Judge Rajanpur Tender for 8 kW Solar Systems

The Office of the District & Sessions Judge, Rajanpur invites electronic bids for the installation of 8 kW hybrid off-grid solar systems for the financial year 2026–2027 under the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.

Eligible firms must be well-reputed, financially sound, experienced in the relevant field, and registered with the applicable income tax, sales tax, professional tax and Punjab Sales Tax departments.

Bids must be addressed to the Office of the District & Sessions Judge, Rajanpur and submitted electronically through EPADS by 18 November 2026 at 10:00 AM. Bids will be opened at 11:00 AM the same day. If the closing date falls on a public holiday, the next working day will apply.

The procurement will follow the single-stage, two-envelope procedure. Quoted rates must include all taxes. Each bidder must submit bid security equal to 5% of the estimated cost in favour of the District & Sessions Judge, Rajanpur before the bid closing time. Payment must be made through the Punjab e-procurement system by generating a Payment Slip ID (PSID); cash bid security will not be accepted. Bid security for unsuccessful bidders will be refunded after finalization of the tender.
