The Chief Officer, Municipal Corporation Chitkan Panjgur, invites sealed percentage tenders from contractors and firms for the following works, based on the Government of Balochistan Composite Schedule of Rates 2026.

Procurement will follow the Balochistan Public Procurement Regulatory Authority Rules 2014 through a single-stage, one-envelope procedure. Contractors must hold valid Pakistan Engineering Council registration in the relevant category C-06 or above and registration with tax authorities, including NTN and the Sales Tax Department where applicable.
Bidding documents are available from the Office of the Chief Officer, Municipal Corporation Chitkan Panjgur, for PKR 1,000. Submit bids at this office by 13 November 2026 at 11:00 AM. Bids will open at 12:00 PM on the same day before the procurement committee in the presence of contractors or their authorized representatives or agents.
