District Health Officer Thatta Tender for Medical Equipment and Furniture under ADP Schemes 876 and 877

The Office of the District Health Officer, District Thatta, invites electronic bids through EPADS from suppliers, firms, manufacturers, importers and authorized distributors appearing on the Active Taxpayers List of FBR or SRB, whichever applies, for the supply of medical equipment, machinery, instruments, furniture and fixtures under the following ADP schemes for financial years 2026-27 and 2027-28.

The procurement will follow Rule 46(2), Single Stage Two Envelopes Procedure. Bidding documents containing detailed terms and conditions can be viewed and downloaded at https://portalsindh.eprocure.gov.pk/#/. Interested bidders must register on EPADS at https://sindh.eprocure.gov.pk/#/supplier/registration to submit electronic bids. Bids must be submitted through EPADS only; manual bids will not be accepted.

Bids prepared according to the bidding documents must be submitted on EPADS by 30 November 2026 at 11:00 AM. The original instrument for the tender fee of Rs. 3,000, together with the fixed bid security applicable to the quoted items, must reach the procuring agency before the electronic submission deadline.

Bids will be opened on 30 November 2026 at 11:30 AM at Fatima Engineer Auditorium, Jinnah Sindh Medical University (JSMU), Karachi.
