PCBDDA Tender for Procurement of Kitchen Items Under Closed Framework Agreement

The Punjab Central Business District Development Authority (PCBDDA), Government of the Punjab, invites experienced and reputable firms to bid for the procurement of kitchen items under a closed framework agreement. Tender identification number: PCBDDA/PRO/TENDER/2026-27/11.

Participating firms must hold a valid National Tax Number registered with the Federal Board of Revenue and fulfil the specified eligibility criteria. Procurement will follow an open bidding process through Request for Proposal without Negotiations / Single Stage Two Envelope procedures under the PCBDDA Procurement Regulations, 2024. Firms with strong capability and experience in similar projects are encouraged to participate.

Complete bidding documents, including detailed specifications, criteria, terms and conditions, may be obtained from the PCBDDA Procurement Directorate Office after publication of the invitation, against payment of the document fee through a pay order, CDR or demand draft in favour of “Punjab Central Business District Development Authority”. Requests must clearly state “Request for Bidding Documents”. The bidding documents may also be downloaded from www.cbdpunjab.gov.pk for information only.

Each bid must include the required bid security in the form of an original bank guarantee, pay order, demand draft or CDR issued by a scheduled bank operating in Pakistan, in favour of “Punjab Central Business District Development Authority”. Bids without bid security will not be entertained.

Submit sealed bids with the required documents, clearly marked “Procurement of Kitchen Items Under Closed Framework Agreement”, addressed to the Director Procurement, PCBDDA, CBD Complex (Old Walton Airport), near Naval Base, Lt. (Navy) Yasir Shaheed Road, Lahore, on or before the submission deadline.
