District Health Officer Khairpur Tender for Medical Equipment and Furniture – ADP 907 and 908

The Office of the District Health Officer, District Khairpur, invites electronic bids through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposable System (EPADS) for the supply of medical equipment, machinery, instruments, furniture and fixtures under ADP Schemes 907 and 908 for the financial years 2026–27 and 2027–28.

Eligible bidders include suppliers, firms, manufacturers, importers and authorized distributors appearing on the Active Taxpayers List of FBR or SRB, whichever is applicable. Procurement will follow the Single Stage–Two Envelopes Procedure under Rule 46(2).

Bidding documents containing detailed terms and conditions may be viewed or downloaded at https://sindh.eprocure.gov.pk/#/. Interested bidders must register on EPADS at https://sindh.eprocure.gov.pk/#/supplier/registration. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS only; manual bids will not be accepted.

The submission deadline is 30 November 2026 at 11:00 a.m. The original instrument for the tender fee of Rs. 3,000 and the fixed bid security stipulated against the quoted items must reach the procuring agency before the electronic bid submission deadline. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 a.m. at Fatima Engineer Auditorium, Jinnah Sindh Medical University (JSMU), Karachi.
