MEPCO Tender 129/27 for Hiring a Law Firm on Retainer Basis in Multan

Multan Electric Power Company Limited (MEPCO), Office of the Director (Procurement) Distribution, invites electronic bids for hiring a law firm, association of persons, or partnership on a retainer basis. Procurement will follow the Single Stage, Two Envelope bidding procedure under PPRA rules.

Bidding documents containing detailed terms and conditions are available to registered bidders through EPADS V2.0 at www.epads.gov.pk. Interested bidders must register on EPADS and submit their electronic bids through the platform.

Original bid security for the fixed amount required in the bidding documents must reach the Office of the Director Procurement Distribution, MEPCO, Khanewal Road, Multan, before the electronic bid submission deadline. It must be submitted in an envelope clearly marked with the tender number; otherwise, the bid will be rejected. A copy of the bid security must also be attached to the electronic bid.

Bids will be opened publicly at the scheduled date and time in the Office of the Chief Engineer (T.S.), MEPCO, Khanewal Road, Multan. Bidders or their representatives may attend.
