The Office of the District Health Officer, District Tharparkar, invites electronic bids through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) for the supply of medical equipment, machinery, instruments, furniture and fixtures under ADP schemes 910, 911, 912, 917, 919 and 921, and SNE requirements.
Suppliers, firms, manufacturers, importers and authorized distributors must be on the Active Taxpayers List of FBR or SRB, whichever is applicable.

The procurement covers financial years 2026–27 and 2027–28 and will follow the Single-Stage, Two-Envelope procedure under Rule 46(2). Bidding documents containing detailed terms and conditions can be viewed or downloaded at https://portalsindh.eprocure.gov.pk/.
Bids must be submitted through EPADS only. Manual bids will not be entertained. Interested bidders must register at https://sindh.eprocure.gov.pk/#/registration to submit electronic bids.
The electronic bid submission deadline is 30 November 2026 at 11:00 AM. The original fee instrument for Rs. 3,000 and the fixed bid security mentioned against the quoted items must reach the procuring agency before the submission deadline. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM at Fatima Engineer Auditorium, Jinnah Sindh Medical University (JSMU), Karachi.

If the government announces a public holiday or unavoidable circumstances arise, submission and opening will take place on the next working day at the same venue and times. The purchaser reserves the right to reject any or all bids under the relevant provisions of the SPP Rules 2010.
