PSDF Tender for Desktop Computers FY 2026–27

Punjab Skills Development Fund (PSDF) invites bids from well-reputed, experienced and tax-registered bidders for the provision of desktop computers for FY 2026–27 under the single-stage, two-envelope bidding procedure. PSDF is a not-for-profit company established in 2010 by the Government of Punjab and is Pakistan's largest skills development fund.

Bidding documents containing evaluation criteria, terms and conditions are available through the Punjab e-Procurement System at https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/admin/auction/, the PPRA website at www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk and the PSDF website at www.psdf.org.pk.

Bids will be accepted only through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Submissions through any other means and bids received after the deadline will be rejected. Technical bids will be opened at the address below in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend. If the submission date falls on an official holiday, the next day will be treated as the closing date; submission and opening times will remain unchanged.

The procurement will be governed by the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 through the national competitive bidding procedure. The PPRA tender URL is https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/ViewTender.aspx. The response period will be calculated exclusively from the date of publication on the PPRA website.
