Pakistan Air Force Rawalpindi Open Tenders for Equipment, Vehicles and Supplies 2026

Pakistan Air Force invites sealed tenders through DP Air, care of PAF Base Nur Khan, Rawalpindi, for the supply, purchase, repair or overhauling of the items below. Procurement requirements include aircraft support equipment, communications systems, vehicles, medical equipment, clothing, gases and other supplies.

If a required item cannot be found, contact the concerned ADP by email at [email protected].

Firms not registered or indexed with DDGP that wish to compete must provide earnest money and evidence of financial capability, including a minimum of six months of bank statements. They must also provide proof of goodwill and manufacturer or stockist status, photocopies of the owner's NIC, or, for foreign OEMs, an NOC and an agency agreement with the OEM. Registered or indexed firms are exempt from the financial-capability evidence requirement.

Unregistered or unindexed firms must submit a treasury challan for Rs. 2,000 with their request, debited to Main Head XLVII, Main Head XII, Sub Head A. The tender notice is also available at www.ppra.org.pk.

A firm's past performance, including previous defaulted contracts, late deliveries, late submission of bank guarantees and supply performance, will be considered as an essential benchmark for acceptance or rejection of quotations.

The firm must provide an EMD (DA), a Directorate of Procurement (Air) judicial stamp paper of Rs. 100, before issuance of tender documents.

Terms and Conditions

General terms and conditions are contained in Tender Form F-528A. Forms and complete details may be downloaded from www.paf.gov.pk or obtained from the respective bases or log squadrons during working hours on working days. Firms must be registered for GST and professional tax and have an NTN.

The deadline for supply of tender forms is 17 November 2026 at 1000 hours. The general opening provision is 1100 hours on the same day; individual tender closing and opening schedules are given above.

Advance payment will not be made. Payment is subject to acceptance of the items by the user activity. The officer commanding the relevant log squadron reserves the right to reject any part or the entire tender on technical grounds. Quotations must remain valid for 90 days.

Taxes are applicable unless otherwise exempted. Guarantee or warranty for the period should be mentioned. The agreement will be governed by the Official Secrets Act, 1923.
