Kakezai Cooperative Housing Society Lahore Annual General Body Meeting 2025–26

Kakezai Cooperative Housing Society Ltd., Lahore, will hold its Annual General Body Meeting for 2025–26 on Sunday, 22 November 2026, at 10:30 at Sapphire Palace Event Complex, Nasheman-e-Iqbal Phase-II, Lahore.

The meeting agenda is as follows:

1. Recitation of the Holy Quran.
2. Deliberation on the adverse High Court judgment dated 19 May 2026 in ICA No. 6804-2022 and guidance from the General Body.
3. Progress report for Phase-I and Phase-II.
4. Discussion and approval of audited accounts for the years ended 30 June 2024 and 30 June 2025.
5. Discussion and approval of the budget for 2025–26.
6. Discussion and approval of society plot transfers from 1 July 2023 to 30 June 2026.
7. General Body approval for RLNG installation by SNGPL in both phases and imposition of charges according to the demand notice, including up to 20% overhead expenses.
8. Approval of revisions to transfer, possession, bifurcation, commercialization, NOC and service fees, effective from 1 May 2025.
9. Approval of action against defaulters under Section 17-B of the Cooperative Act, 1925, including cancellation of membership and allotted plots.
10. Approval of solar installations at the mosque and water turbine in Phase-I and, subsequently, Phase-II, with one-time charges of Rs. 906 per marla or the actual cost paid to the provider.
11. Discussion and approval of the tender for the road and Phase-II boundary wall, including a brick wall or fence wall.
12. Address by the President.
