Nishat (Chunian) Limited has credited the final cash dividend for the year ended June 30, 2026, to the designated bank accounts of all eligible shareholders through electronic transfer on November 2, 2026.
The dividend of Rs. 3 per share (30%) was approved by the Board of Directors at its meeting held on September 18, 2026, and by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting held on October 23, 2026.
Dividend payments have been withheld for shareholders who have yet to provide a valid CNIC and/or complete and correct bank account details, including IBAN. These shareholders are requested to contact the company's share registrar, Hameed Majeed Associates (Pvt.) Limited, at 1st Floor, H.M. House, 7-Bank Square, Lahore.
