Lahore Military Estates Public Notice for Gift of Leasehold Rights in Plot 296

The Military Estates Officer, Lahore Circle, gives public notice that Mrs. Rabia Wajid, wife of Adnan Murtaza, and Mr. Akbar Wajid, son of Wajid Hussain, acting through his general attorney, Mrs. Rabia Wajid, have gifted their entire combined 21/40 share of the leasehold rights in Plot No. 296 to their mother, Mst. Shahida Wajid, wife of Wajid Hussain.

The plot measures 529.53 square metres, comprises Survey No. 313/316/296, and is situated at Cavalry Ground (Extension), Walton Cantonment, Lahore. Mst. Shahida Wajid is already a co-lessee holding a 1/8 share in the property.

The transfer is based on a Declaration of Oral Gift dated 12 October 2026, under the provisions of Muhammadan Law, effective from 12 October 2026.

Anyone objecting to the oral gift may submit an objection to the Military Estates Officer, Lahore Circle, within 15 days of publication of this notice. If no objection is submitted within that period, mutation of the donors’ entire 21/40 share of the leasehold rights will be made in favour of Mst. Shahida Wajid. Thereafter, no claim will be accepted or entertained.
