KP-RETP Proposals for Peach and Trout Fish Producer Partnerships in Northern Khyber Pakhtunkhwa

The Project Management Unit of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Rural Economic Transformation Project (KP-RETP), Planning & Development Department, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites proposals from eligible private-sector enterprises to establish Public-Private Producer Partnerships (4Ps) for peach and trout fish value chains across the Northern Cluster of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

The Government of Pakistan has received financing from the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) and the European Union (EU) towards the cost of KP-RETP and intends to use part of these proceeds for establishing these partnerships. Proposals must comply with the requirements, eligibility criteria, and terms and conditions in the Request for Proposals (RFP) document.

A pre-proposal conference will be held on 12 November 2026 at 11:00 AM in the Conference Room of the Project Management Unit, KP-RETP, at Block-A, 4th Floor, PDA Building, Phase-5, Hayatabad, Peshawar.

The deadline for submission of proposals is 24 November 2026 at 12:00 PM.
