Bacha Khan Medical Complex Swabi Tender for IT Equipment Procurement

Bacha Khan Medical Complex–Medical Teaching Institution (MTI), Swabi, invites bids for the procurement of IT equipment through EPADS (e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System), using the single-stage, two-envelope procurement method.

Bids must be uploaded to EPADS by 24 November 2026 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Bid security is 2% of the total bid value and must be submitted from the bidding firm’s, bidder’s or contractor’s account in favour of the Hospital Director, Bacha Khan Medical Complex Swabi.

A pre-bid meeting will be held on 11 November 2026 at 11:00 AM in the Committee Room, Admin Block.

Tender requirements and conditions:

1. Only typed tenders on original letterhead, signed and stamped on every page, will be accepted. Handwritten tenders are unacceptable. Bids must comply with the hospital specifications; alternative rates will not be accepted.
2. Registration with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) is mandatory.
3. The firm must submit the original bid security and original e-stamp papers in hard copy; otherwise, the tender will not be accepted.
4. If the successful bidder supplies substandard items or items that do not match the specifications issued by the hospital, the order will be cancelled automatically and issued to the next bidder.
5. Income tax, stamp duty, General Sales Tax (GST) and other government taxes will be charged according to the rules.
6. Bid security in the form of a Pay Order (PO) will not be accepted.
7. Detailed specifications and bidding documents for the required items can be obtained through www.gkmcs.edu.pk or www.bkmcs.edu.pk. These documents are also uploaded to EPADS.
8. Rates will apply to BKMC, GKMC, NCN, THQ Hospital Topi and THQ Hospital Chota Lahor.
9. No additional documents will be entertained after tender opening.
10. The hospital may increase or decrease quantities according to its requirements.
11. Bacha Khan Medical Complex reserves the right to cancel any or all bids by assigning cogent reasons under Rule 47 of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority.
