Kohat Education Office Absence Notice to Muhammad Asim Khan, PST

The Office of the District Education Officer (Male), Kohat, has issued an absence notice to Mr. Muhammad Asim Khan, Primary School Teacher (PST) at Government Primary School Khadar Khel, Lachi, Kohat, for remaining absent from official duty since 7 September 2026 without prior permission from the competent authority.

Previous absence notices were issued by the Sub-Divisional Education Officer (Male), Lachi, through Notice No. 442 dated 23 September 2026, and by the District Education Office through Notice No. 4371 dated 6 October 2026. These notices were dispatched to his residential address, but he neither resumed duty nor submitted a satisfactory explanation for his continued absence.

Mr. Muhammad Asim Khan is directed to resume official duty immediately and appear personally before the District Education Officer (Male), Kohat, within fifteen (15) days of publication of this notice, bringing a written explanation for his unauthorized absence.

Failure to comply within the stipulated period will result in disciplinary proceedings under the applicable provisions of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Government Servants (Efficiency and Discipline) Rules, 2011, in accordance with the prescribed procedure.
