Maanbar Housing Scheme Gwadar Tender for Main Gate House Construction

The Project Director, Maanbar Housing Scheme, Pishukan–Gwadar, invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for construction work for 2026 under tender reference TSE-2627101215533. Bids are to be submitted on a percentage-rate basis using the Composite Schedule of Rates 2026.

Tender fee: PKR 1,000. Bid security: 2% of the estimated cost, furnished as a bank guarantee or deposit at call from a scheduled bank in the name of the Project Director.

Procurement will follow the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules, 2014, using the single-stage, two-envelope bidding procedure. Bidders must appear on the Active Taxpayer List, hold Balochistan Revenue Authority registration, and must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency in Pakistan. Each bidder must have completed three assignments of a similar nature and demonstrate turnover of at least PKR 53,898,788 in the preceding year to establish financial capacity.

Registration with the Balochistan Public Procurement Regulatory Authority's Electronic Public Procurement System is mandatory for all bidders participating in Government of Balochistan procurements, whether bids are submitted electronically or manually. For this tender, only electronic bids will be accepted; physical bids are not required.

The notice inviting tender and complete bidding documents can be obtained and viewed electronically at www.bppra.gob.pk. Bids must be submitted through the supplier dashboard by 19 November 2026 at 11:00 AM. Tenders will be opened on the EPPS system the same day at 12:00 PM.
